I've been doing this guided artistic entrepreneurship program for many years. It actually started out as a DIY online summer program, for people who didn't have the $$/time/interest in doing a pay-to-sing, but still wanted to do some intensive work on their singing or careers.
In its latest incarnation, Project:You is a fun, informal, yet highly focused commitment to work on personal career goals or special projects. In the last workshop, one singer learned how to rearrange and streamline her teaching so she could have more room to pursue solo singing. Another polished her website to better reflect her personality and abilities and got a new agent. A third developed a successful strategy to make classical singing a bigger piece of her professional pie and began performing more and getting paid for it, while spending less time on work that she found unfulfilling.
