Cindy Sadler was an incredibly impressionable director to work with during my time at Syracuse Opera. She was very detailed in her approach and asked all the tough questions of the performers. Cindy always pushed us to go further in discovering, and she gently nudged us to embrace the idea of “playing” on stage. She understands the ins and outs and ups and downs of not only the process, but this business/career. I am forever grateful for her honesty, patience, wisdom, advice, and inspiration.
